captouch: api cleanup

  • removed individual pad readouts as this presents hw forward compatibility issues, nobody in the appstore is using them, no replacement is planned.

  • removed petal pressure from documentation for the same reason. there's a few apps in the appstore that use it as a proxy for "pressed" but will remove entirely soon. will probably reintroduce at some point with a less misleading name.
