Mood2personal state

AFAIK mood was supposed to be personal state but because the interfaces were lacking we went with mood and the rockets This MR aims to change that and give the companion app user the ability to set their personal state from the app

Also uses the enum introduced in !22 (merged), so that one should be merged first
