Update flow3r.toml - add to "Games" for Version 1.3+

lightonflux ... requested to merge lightonflux/vortex-game:lightonflux-main-patch-09908 into main

In the new firmware version there is a new games menu. The change adds the game to that menu, while staying compatible with older versions. Like here: https://git.flow3r.garden/dos/PetalHero/-/blob/main/flow3r.toml?ref_type=heads
