ECG App update

1. the top led bar has been changed to reflect positive and negative scale.
2. the 4 bottom leds light up when a pulse signal was detected
3. you can toggle the leds on/off to safe power during long running log operation
4. the button layout has changed a bit (described in 095887ac)
5. while logging, lock mode/bias settings to prevent accidental changes
