It currently flashes a rocket LED, but in future should update the card10 clock.

Again, an extremely rough cut.

For now, it registers on the 'application/x.card10.app' MIME type and downloads from there.
The actual install to the card10 is todo.

For now, location permission must be granted manually by the user.

It will connect to BT MAC 00:05:8B:44:02:02, retrieve the Generic Access service and try to
read and write the Device Name characteristic. Currently, reading succeeds while initiating
the write fails.
