That way, mood selection is available if a card10 is paired but not connected yet. The MoodFragment will deal with connecting to gatt.

It currently flashes a rocket LED, but in future should update the card10 clock.

For now, it registers on the 'application/x.card10.app' MIME type and downloads from there.
